Usually, in an About tab, you’re going to find a picture of the subject it’s about. That's why there’s no picture of me, because it’s not about me, but rather about all of our precious children already lost, and those who surely will continue to be lost until the medical and scientific communities WAKE (the F) UP and take off their bias blinders to the peer-reviewed study results featured on this website.

Yes, if you notice a little anger above regarding my relationship to the medical and scientific communities focused on research in this area, it’s because of their willful blindness regarding any research that doesn’t take place under a microscope and their cowardice in refusing to provide the support to confirm, publicize, and implement the important findings in this area, DESPITE their own familiarity with the anomalous aspects that form the core of my research. This because of their fear of the potential reputational harm that might arise from their affiliation with the “soft sciences” or the “paranormal.”

Some thirty-seven years ago, I lost my first-born son, Marc Hunter Alexander Sage, to SIDS. It rocked my world and, as this website testifies, something that haunts and informs my every day. On his thirtieth birthday, a light went off that I was supposed to do something about the suspicion I had carried all these years about the number of anomalies I had experienced, most prevalent being the fact that on the evening before the SIDS event, I had a premonition of its impending occurrence.

One of the first things I came across was a 1992 study of “Premonitions in the SIDS Experience” conducted by the Southwest SIDS Research Institute that produced findings of a 21.8% of Premonitions of Death of their infant in SIDS Parents vs. 2.4% in the Non-SIDS Parents control group. A P value of 6.26942e-08 (0.0000000626942) performed by a recognized research institute, staffed by credentialled, medical professionals …

So, what was the follow up? Nothing, absolutely NOTHING!

Any OTHER study that produced these P value results would light these communities on fire, with anyone and everyone trying to get a piece of the action by conducting their own expanded studies to confirm the findings. Money would flow in, and papers would be published. Here, NOTHING…

And so, I went to work.

Much to my surprise and disappointment, there still isn’t to this day a master list of SIDS cases for researchers to access and leverage. Just pulling together enough names to conduct the research was a battle in itself, and no surprise, the list of SIDS parents willing to participate in further research I was able to acquire didn’t come from the medical/scientific communities, but instead came from a couple of private individuals, who like me had lost a child to SIDS and were doing their own research to try and find an answer.

I posted my study to SurveyMonkey in 2018 and collected the results which both confirmed and surpassed the 1992 study cited above. For example, that study as noted reported a 21.8% incidence of premonition in the SIDs Parents group whereas my study produced a 48.98% response rate to this question. A follow-up survey last year also produced responses in this same 50% range.

I believe that the difference between the rates recorded in the 1992 studies and those of my more recent research is a product of the changes in the world that make both the speaking about, and acceptance of the anomalous (paranormal) aspects of the SIDS experience more socially acceptable.

I’ve spent the last couple of years on a number of Facebook SIDS/SUID support group pages and speaking with mothers whose postings contain some of the telltale factors that form the pre-warning system I’ve identified such as the one below.

FB Posting 300.jpg

The long and short of it is that this research can predict an impending SIDS event with 100% certainty and the medical/scientific community wants NOTHING to do with it!

It was my conversation with the president of one of the largest SIDS research groups last week (March, 29, 2024) that finally broke me and drove me to create this site. She acknowledged her familiarity with the anomalous aspects, especially the premonition piece, and then in the same sentence told me that her world-spanning organization WOULD NEVER lift a finger to do any of the follow-up research!

And so, I turn to you, my fellow members of the one group on earth who would trade our all to have never been associated with. We KNOW what we have experienced. We KNOW those things were true then and are still true today.

Collectively, we can make our voices heard and change the world for the better by your first reading "The Data" and then navigating to the Take ACTION! page and following through with the opportunities detailed there.

I believe we can do this and thank you in advance for your engagement and support.
